Software redundancy
Redundancy is not only a hardware principle for us—it is embedded across our entire software stack. We combine AI for exceptional perception and intention understanding, enabling the natural driving behavior of our Digital Driver, with the deterministic LOXO Guard layer. This bridges the AI gap and adds an additional safety barrier for robust, reliable autonomy.
Sensor redundancy
We believe in triple redundancy. Our perception stack combines 4K HD cameras, solid-state LiDAR (long- and short-range), and radar. For high-precision localization, we use additional sensors including GNSS, IMU, and LiDAR-based localization.
Operational redundancy built in
L4 autonomy is supported through LOXO Remote, our remote-supervision platform enhanced with advanced AR tools for efficient, safe operations.
